‘Got an App for That?’ Appetizer Recipe Contest finalist, Cheryl K. created Bacon Yums.

  • 1 large avocado, sliced in half, then sliced into wedges – spray with lemon juice to keep green
  • 1/2 c. peach mango salsa(fresh)
  • 4 slices maple flavored bacon, crisp, broken in pcs.
  • 20 Chipolte Cheddar Pretzel Crisps®

Mix cream cheese with salsa in bowl. Place wedge of avocado on a the Pretzel Crisps. Put dollop of salsa on top and place few bacon pieces on tops. Continue till each one is done. Serve.

Makes approx 20 pcs
