Fans to Determine if Pretzel Crisps Celebrates National Pretzel Day
April 26, 2013 –While Pretzel Crisps® are not the conventional pretzel; the brand considered paying homage to its roots by celebrating ‘National Pretzel Day’ today. The decision was a difficult one, so Pretzel Crisps turned to its biggest fans to help determine the important question— to join the pretzel craze on National Pretzel Day or to celebrate their own National Pretzel Crisps Day. After all, Pretzel Crisps’ cracker-dipper-stacker aspect could warrant its own celebratory occasion.
Earlier in the week, Pretzel Crisps and the brand’s strategic marketing partner, Boston-based AMP Agency, invited the brand’s 250,000+ Facebook Fans and 5,700+ Twitter Followers to #SnackTheVote – asking them which day the brand should celebrate. While not an easy decision by any means, as Pretzel Crisps are the ultimate stand alone snack as well as the perfect dipper cracker, the fans are voting. So far, fans believe Pretzel Crisps should be celebrating its own day. Stay tuned to see the final outcome as voting is open until 8pm EST this evening.
