Crispy Garden Tomato

Roasted-Basil-Tomato-Crisp smallDon’t know what to do with all of those garden tomatoes?  Take a tomato and slice it and roast it in the oven at 425F for 10 minutes.  Top with pesto and Parmesan and bake until the cheese is melted.  Place on top of a Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisp for the perfect garden party appetizer.
