Cookies & Cream Frozen Hot Chocolate

A versatile dessert drink, frozen hot chocolate can be enjoyed during the cold or warm weather. Add in some cookies & cream flavor for something over the top. We used Pretzel Crisps® Minis dipped in cookies & cream to decorate this dessert and make it even tastier.

Ingredients

Pretzel Crisps® Minis
White and milk chocolate
Cookies & Cream dessert topping
4 ounces milk chocolate bar
1 Tablespoon store bought hot chocolate mix
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
3 cups ice
Mini chocolate and cream cookies
Mini marshmallows
Whipped cream
Any other cookies and cream candy/desserts of your choice

Melt the white chocolate and drip it down the edge of a mug or glass. Dip Pretzel Crisps® Minis in milk chocolate and sprinkle with cookies & cream dessert topping. Stick the Minis to the white chocolate drips using more melted chocolate. Set to the side.

Break up the chocolate bar into a heat safe bowl. Melt it in the microwave at 20-second increments at 50% power, stirring in between. Once smooth, stir in the chocolate mix and sugar. Very slowly whisk in a ½ cup of milk.

Fill a blender with ice and the leftover ¾ cup of milk. Add the chocolate mixture and then blend. Fill the glass or mug. If you would like to fill a giant glass, you will need to multiply the recipe.

Top it off with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and any other cookies & cream toppings that you like. If the frozen hot chocolate does not appear thick enough to hold the toppings, blend in more ice.
