Candy Corn Crisps
Love it or hate it, fall is not fall without candy corn. I can’t say that I love it, but I cannot go throughout the season without buying a bag of it. And then eating it until I get sick, but that’s all part of the fun of it, right?
This is so easy, and would actually make a great activity to do with your kids. Or package it up and give it away as gifts. You get a fun, fall colored treat that gives you that great salty/sweet taste.
You will need white candy melts, or almond bark. You could even melt white chocolate chips if that is what you have on hand. Melt the chocolate on 50% power until it is melted. Then take Original Pretzel Crisps and cover them with the chocolate. I used a spatula and wiped off the excess. Take colored sanding sugar (I used yellow, orange and white) and either dip the pretzel into the sugar, or sprinkle the sugar over the chocolate. Place the pretzels on a piece of wax paper to set up before packaging or eating. What a great way to enjoy the season!
