Mini Turkey Pot Pies

This year a friend shared with me the world’s easiest recipe for Thanksgiving or Christmas leftovers! Mini turkey pot pies! Only 4 ingredients!
-1 cup of diced cooked turkey
- 2 cups of leftover veggies OR 2 cups of green giant frozen mixed veggies (thawed)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pack of Pillsbury grand flakey biscuits.
Preheat oven to 375, grease reg muffin tin, mix first 3 ingredients, stretch each biscuit about 5″ and fill each one with about 1/3 cup of filling then pull dough and stretch & pinch until it’s closed. Bake for 20 mins to golden brown!
