Pomegranate Goat Cheese Pretzel Crisps

1 Bag Original Pretzel Crisps

8oz Goat Cheese – softened

4oz Cream Cheese – softened

½ tsp Salt

1 Tbs + 1tsp Fresh Thyme (Finely Chopped)

1 Tbs + 1tsp Lemon Zest

1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds

1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries

Mix Cheeses, Salt, Thyme and the lemon zest together until well combined. Add the Pomegranate Seeds and Cranberries and stir gently until well incorporated.  Spoon about 1Tbs worth of spread onto each Pretzel Crisp. Top with extra cranberries, seeds and zest. Enjoy!!
