Acai bowls are packed with health benefits and are refreshing to boot. These frozen breakfast bowls are like a smoothie sundae, but without all of the sugar. Top with berries and Pretzel Crisps® that you can use to scoop and eat. That’s right, no spoon required!
4 Frozen Acai puree packs
¼ cup Almond or regular milk
Yields: 2 servings
Run acai packs under warm water for a few seconds. Place in blender with milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into bowls.
Top with fruit and Pretzel Crisps®. Use pretzel Crisps® to scoop up acai as a spoon.
