Ingredients

Original Pretzel Crisps®
2 Cans Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
2-3 Avocados, Cubed
2 Cups Corn
2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/3 Cup Cilantro, Rough Chopped
3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

  1. Place all the veggies in a large bowl (except the avocado) and toss to combine.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over the veggies and toss it all together to combine.
  3. Add avocado and cilantro and toss gently. Add additional salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with Original Pretzel Crisps®.
