Ingredients

Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps®
Hard boiled eggs
Breakfast sausage or Italian sausage
Olive oil
Bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cover cooled hard boiled eggs in sausage meat and then in bread crumbs (or panko). Fry in olive oil or bake in the oven until sausage is fully cooked. Slice in half, then lay slices on Pretzel Crisps® and top with ketchup. Delicious hot or cold.
