- Wash and dry apples. Insert skewer or popsicle into each one and set aside. Combine and stir the sugar ad corn syrup in pot. Turn on medium high and boil while stirring until sugar turns a light golden brown color, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from stove and allow to cool a bit. Slowly drizzle in heavy cream, a little at a time, whie stirring until fully incorporated. Allow to sit until cool and thick enough.
- In the meantime, mix some Pretzel Crisps® with other ingredients from your pantry. Lay out on a plate lined with parchment paper.
- Dip in caramel and allows excess to drip off. Then roll in toppings and pace in freezer on a piece of parchment paper for a few minutes to set. If caramel is thin and transparent, then it still needs more time to set before dipping.
