Cashews
Parsley
Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Wash, trim and steam the green beans in a steaming basket over boiling water for about 5 minutes or until tender to the bite. Mash the green beans.
  2. Chop the cashews and the parsley into small bits. Combine the green beans and cashews together in a bowl and mix in lemon juice. Spread the mix on top of Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Crisps® and finish with fresh parsley.
