Ingredients

16 oz Pork Hot Sausage
3/4 Cup Beer
2 - 8 oz Bars of Cream Cheese
3 1/4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Sliced Green Onions
Everything Pretzel Crisps®

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Process 2 1/4 cups of cheese, beer, cream cheese and garlic powder in a food processor. Fold in the sausage and the rest of the shredded cheese, except for a handful.
  2. Spoon this into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Everything Pretzel Crisps®.
