1 bag Sriracha & Lime Pretzel Crisps®
1 lb. ground beef 85/15
8 slices cheddar cheese, cut into fourths
3 tbsp Sriracha
1 cup iceberg lettuce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 grape tomatoes, sliced thin
- In large mixing bowl, combine beef, sriracha, salt, & pepper. Roll beef into small circles & flatten until the size of a full Pretzel Crisps®. Over medium heat, cook mini patties until brown throughout, about 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Assemble burger topped with cheese, tomato, lettuce, & a drop of lime in between two Pretzel Crisps®.
