Sweet Potatoes, Roasted
Ricotta Cheese

Directions

  1. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into thin rounds. Lay the rounds on a baking sheet, coat with a thin layer of olive oil and roast until slightly browned. In the mean time, spread ricotta cheese on top of Original Pretzel Crisps® and finish with the roasted sweet potato.
