Whipped Feta Dip

  • Pretzel Crisps for serving
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • In a food processor, process the feta cheese until it is completely broken down.
  • Add in the cream cheese and pulse to combine.
  • Add in the olive oil and pepper and process for a few minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Note: You could use this as a crostini topper, adding on roasted veggies or tomatoes or any kind of fresh herb. Or mix those herbs into the dip. Add your favorite flavored olive oil. The choices are endless!
